A new private Corporation Class C, "MOLINA GENERATION SYSTEMS CORPORATION" has been established in the State of Florida, USA for the industrial development and commercialization of the new antimatter technology, under a WORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT with the inventor.

The corporation has a total of One Hundred (100) million shares of Common Stock. Thirty (30) million shares will be offered to private investors/individuals in three stages.

In the First Stage the new Corporation is offering for sale five (5) million Shares of its Common Stock, at the price of One dollar (US $1.00) a share, in order to rise up to five (5) million dollars to start the venture.

This initial funding will be invested in equipment, materials, salaries, special parts or labors, subcontracts, rent, utilities, transportation, legal and accounting services, patent processes, etc. 

In the Second Stage the new Corporation will offer up to fifteen (15) million shares of its Common Stock for the foundation of a Pilot Production Plant, a Research & Development Laboratory and definitive Headquarters.

The remaining ten (10) million shares will be offered in the Third Stage, for the expansion of the technology around the world.
